I’m sure my fellow beauty lover have been lusting over the brand new Too Faced Peaches and Cream collection, I know I have. I’ve also been freaking out about the I Want Kandee collection and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive at my home. Since the Kandee collection‘s products piqued my interest a bit more then the peaches and cream collection( I own every piece from the original Sweet Peach collection), I only ended up ordering one of the products from the Peaches and Cream collection. I decided to purchase their Sweetie Pie Bronzer because it’s cute AF and I needed it.
When I was working on my Pale Girl Favorites with Pale Girl Rambling, I had a hard time really finding a bronzer to feature because I need something to be a bit more cool-toned for me because warm toned makes me look like Donald Trump, which is not a cute look. So I’m super excited to share with you my thoughts on the brand new Sweetie Pie Bronzer from Too Faced. This post is not sponsored. So let’s get into it…
Like most Too Faced products, the product’s packaging is a bit kitschy but not in negative way. I love the peach gradient on this product’s exterior as well as the gold font and outline. This product is a bit tricky to open and you must be careful, so the product doesn’t break.
Once you open up the product, it reveals the product that looks like a peach pie, which is everything. It is called a bronzer but it has a few different shades in it. It has a blush, a bronzer and a lighter bronzer/ highlighter in it. Since it’s set up like a pie, it’s a bit hard to get a brush in just one of the products. It appears that they are meant to be put together. Too Faced suggests using a kabuki brush but I find myself using my Lisa Frank X Glamour Dolls brush with this or my Tarte unicorn brush.
I love the line of shimmer that goes across the product but it seemed it was only on the top layer and once you get past it, it appears to have disappeared. The formula feels silky smooth while swatching and it applied smoothly and felt light on my skin. The pigmentation in this is good, not exceptional but it worked for me then again I always go in with a bit of a light hand for bronzer. The color worked perfect for my pale skin but if your skin is in the the tan-dark range it will probably be a bit light for you. The product was long-lasting and lasted on my skin for 8+ hours, which is great. Overall I think this product is great if you are on the market for a new bronzer but not something that’s changed my life.
What piece from the Too Faced Peaches and Cream collection are you lusting over?
