The holiday season is upon us and do you know what that means? It’s time to bake some Holiday cookies! Baking Holiday cookies has been a family tradition of mine forever! It’s something I always grew up doing and I love it. It’s still one of my favorite traditions to this day.
Today’s post is sponsored by Country Crock and Influenster.** To learn more about Influenster check out this post, outlining the details. I am so excited to work with Country Crock since it has always been a family favorite. I’ve used this butter spread for as long as I can remember. Usually, I use it for bread and other applications. This will be the first time, I’ve actually used it in a sweet application. Country Crock has created a #MakeitYours cookie recipes, which allows you the creative freedom to use whatever mix-ins your heart desires. So each and every batch of cookies in uniquely you, you are #makingityours. I am so excited to participate in such an exciting campaign.
The recipe for these cookies is right here.
Since I have so many ideas, I’m going to share with you a little list them and then I’ll share with you, what I decided to do to #MakeitYours.
- Dried Cherries/ cranberries with White Chocolate Chips
- White chips, dried pineapple tidbits, macadamia nuts.
- Dark cocoa powder, Cookies and Cream cookie or chocolate bar crushed
- Pretzels and chocolate chips
- Every kind of chocolate chip you can imagine
- Chocolate chip with M&Ms
- Potato Chips, Chocolate chips and pretzels
- Caramel candies and apple chips
I have a plot twist for you guys, I actually did not use any of these ideas listed. I happened to have a lot of Reese’s on hand at my house, so my #MakeItYours involved Reese’s ground up in my food processor with mini chocolate chip! There’s nothing I love more then mini-chips! These cookies are incredibly soft and fluffy, which is personally how I prefer them to be. They taste incredibly light and delicious. These are a simple and delicious cookie to add your holiday baking list.
**I received this product free of charge for testing and reviews purposes, however all opinions are my own.**
