I’ve decided that the first few posts will focus on my love for fitness and my progress in the world of fitness. Currently, I have not been doing the best with my journey and I am very disappointed in myself but hey it is finals week. Once I go home for the summer and I am going to be getting back on track. I just want to reflect on how far that I have come. I have a lot to go but if I got this far, and I can certainly get where I want to be or need to be.
It’s been a long journey and I am hoping to get back to where I was and reach my ultimate goal weight. This is my progress, sometimes I become really upset with myself and think that I have achieved nothing so far on this journey. Then I reflect and see these photos and I do not feel bad. Think about how far you’ve come and how much you changed every step of the journey, it’s important to reflect on your progress.
